Question: How do your service charges compare with that of a dealer?
Answer: Our base labor rate runs around $10.00 to $15.00 an hour less than local dealerships.
Question: I'm an INFINITI owner and I have become accustomed to the use of a loan car when servicing my vehicle. If I need an alternate form of transportation, can I get one?
Answer: Whether you drive and INFINITI or Nissan, the answer is yes. We do have a small fleet of loan cars that are reserved for our customers, who are purchasing a scheduled factory recommended service at the level of 15k, 30k, or 60k mile intervals.
Should you need repair or service that does not qualify for a loaner yet still need to arrange an alternate form of transportation, we can arrange a rental car for you at your expense. However, should your visit meet or exceed $275.00 (not including tax), we can arrange a rental car at the discounted rate of $25.00 per day plus tax.
Question: As an independent shop, do you have the specialized tools that a dealer would use in order to service and maintain my car professionally?
Answer: Yes. INssan automotive is a service establishment staffed by a professional team. All personnel at INssan automotive are intimately familiar with INFINITI and Nissan automobiles as well as the specialized tools required to work on them. Nissan Consult II and Consult III, technology exclusive to Nissan and INFINITI, as well as Hunter Alignment and Wheel Balance systems are just some of the state of the art tools in our arsenal that give us a competitive edge.
Question: I only want OEM (original equipment manufacturer) parts installed on my vehicle. Even though you are an independent shop, can you do this?
Answer: Yes. We have a strong parts relationship with a major Nissan dealer in-state that allows us to have most required parts on a same day basis. Also, technology has made it a small world. As such, we keep an open on-line dialog with one of the country’s largest INFINITI dealers out of state that allows us to have critical parts exclusive to INFINITI shipped overnight and at our door by 10:00am the next morning. In addition to this, when it comes to Toyota, Lexus, Honda, Acura, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Suzuki or any other Asian import, we have a strong support base through WORLDPAC and Beck Arnley foreign nameplate parts.
Question: Unfortunately I don’t own an INFINITI or a Nissan. Do you work on vehicles other than INFINITI or Nissan?
Answer: Yes! From June of 2005 through 2011 the answer was no. However, the world is changing and so are we. Beginning in January 2012, INssan automotive launched Asian Car Care limited. Taking advantage of resources not available to us when we opened for business in 2005, we are now reaching out to the entire community of Asian import owners in an effort to provide the same level of customer service to them that our Infiniti and Nissan customer have come to expect over the years.
