INssan automotive is an independent service provider specializing in maintenance and repair of INFINITI and NISSAN automobiles. We’re not a franchise aftermarket shop and we’re not the dealer. Our staff is composed of Nissan and INFINITI enthusiasts who have carried our passion for this Asian automotive flagship to the career level. We keep abreast of the technical evolution by continued training with the latest OBD-II source training as well as maintaining the factory edge though online Nissan training materials.
Opened in 2005, INssan automotive has experienced a steady growth of customers searching out an alternative to the traditional dealership service experience. As of January 2012, we became a full service provider to owners of Toyota, Lexus, Honda, Acura, Mitsubishi, Mazda, as well as Suzuki with our launch of Asian Car Care Limited.

Our People:
INssan automotive opened its doors to the public on June 6, 2005. INssan automotive was founded by Jeff Brewer in May of 2005 as an independent, professional, automotive service center specializing on the Infiniti and Nissan brand of automobiles. Previous to this, Jeff was the Service and Parts Director of the local Infiniti dealer in Franklin, Tennessee from 2000 to 2005. Prior to this position, Jeff had been the Parts Manager at Infiniti of Nashville since 1998.

Our mission:
Our mission at INssan automotive is to provide the same knowledgeable approach to servicing and maintaining your vehicle one might expect from a dealer without the associated limitations. At INssan automotive we maintain our technical education via on-line training provided through Nissan-techinfo.com, Infiniti/Nissan Publications, as well as a host of other corporate sites sponsored by the major Japanese auto makers available to the Independent service provider. This information allows our staff to stay on top of the latest technical and mechanical innovations from the major Japanese auto manufacturers as it appears on the roadways of America.

Our Quality of Work:
We perform all our regular services with O.E.M. (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts right out of the box. While we are strong proponents of original equipment, we also offer the customer options such as aftermarket parts, precision-performance parts (Motordyne Engineering, Stillen, XD, etc.), remanufactured parts such as drive axles, and even on occasion used parts as availability or customer request should dictate. We are here for you and here you have a choice.

Our Warranty Statement:
Just like the dealer, all our work is backed by a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty on parts and labor against poor workmanship or materiel defect where genuine O.E.M. parts are used. Of course, wear items, such as brakes, clutch disc, tires, etc...are not covered under this warranty as they, as the name implies, are subject to varying degrees of wear based on driving habit and conditions of operation. INssan automotive is all about service. It’s what we do. As an independent facility, we strive to earn your business by providing service with a genuine sense of caring that manifest itself in a number of innovative customer-focused initiatives. Customer outreach through SMS text messaging via our V.I.P. program as well as the IN-zone customer loyalty program is to mention but two very progressive programs put forth by INssan automotive that you will be hard pressed to find a similar comparison at a dealer.

Our Goal:
To succeed and to grow. INssan automotive is independent, true. It is also true that we are intimately acquainted with O.E.M. service at the dealer level. However, we are not an independent franchise shop nor are we the dealer. Ours is the challenge of crafting a new area in the market place of automotive service. The concept of O.E.M. (original equipment manufacturer) level service as offered through an independent service facility. To this end we have invested in everything from factory equipment to training materials to online support services all proprietary to Infiniti and Nissan automobiles. The technology that has made it a small world is helping us to realize our vision as truly the professional service alternative for owners of Infiniti and Nissan automobiles.
